Prof. Dr. Halil İbrahim Canter is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialist at Liv Hospital Vadistanbul in Istanbul. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1996, completed plastic and reconstructive surgery training in 2003 and an advanced PhD in 2008. He completed craniofacial fellowship training in the United States in 2006–2007 and previously held academic positions at Acıbadem University.
